As a Senior Marketing Manager, I have over 10 years of experience in Sales Enablement/support, while also extensive corporate video expertise, crafting engaging B2B and direct to consumer video content.

At VMware Tanzu, I owned my enablement programs end-to-end; scoping training needs with sales leadership, designing curriculum, and administering it through Articulate, Saba, and Edcast. This training portfolio supported 1,000+ internal sellers at its peak, and 10,000+ external and channel partner sellers. Every program I worked on was measured across user completion, engagement, direct feedback, and video metrics quarterly; allowing me to properly measure and track KPIs by region, team, and deliverable. All this measurement helped guide what got built next, expanded upon, and prioritized.

On the production side, I wrote, filmed, directed, and edited the corporate video content that carried each enablement program, while also developing other content that satisfied lead-generating marketing requirements. My work on the "Tanzu Fundamentals" series (a 10-episode series I produced start to finish using the Adobe Creative Cloud) turned dense Modern Application Development concepts into simple-to-understand videos that sellers both sought out for their own clarity, and provided to their buyers to help them understand our value. Additionally, I also built and managed the most-watched/engaged channel on VMware's internal video platform. We were #1 by subscriber count, views, and minutes watched; impressive for a tiny team in a 40,000+ person company, reaching 6,600+ unique viewers.

Before moving into program management, I managed a team proposal writers, while also developing key sales support tools like buyer personas and executive presentations templates. During my tenure as a proposal manager, I drafted, or oversaw the drafting of key proposals for much of the Fortune 1000.
